The link inspired me to create a little utility which allows you to select which "uber" shaders you'd like and a basic shader file, qer_editor images and also images are added to a zip file that you can download.
You can play with version .1 here

Not yet it's not, it barely works. When I've searched around a bit and found another 20 super shaders - then it might be handy.

I sorted them into alphabetic order and added vine and watercaulk - I've got another 15 nice shaders to add to the list - if anyone has any suggestions for more - let me know.
