And you're sure s_musicvolume is above 0?

Could be possible they disabled it in UrT, maybe someone at FS can help you there

Yea it is above 0. Otherwise I couldn't hear the UrT Mainmenu music.

16-bit, Mono. So, yes. It is. It's already in the a3 of my map and works just fine, if there weren't that bug.
