What are some good things to keep in mind for a map that is for knife only? I have the following ideas:
1. Large open spaces are bad, since there are no medium-range or long-range weapons.
2. Height differences sufficient for curb-stomping are good.
3. Areas constructed specifically for throwing knives are good in moderation.

Considering it'll be played on a server, dressingroom is too small...

i think there are over 1 billion maps for knife and boots only, here the 2 normal layouts for 1vs1 with more players:

Probably about 12 vs 12 on average, up to 16 vs 16.

Remember the donut map from Mario Kart 64? I was thinking something like that with a few extra things to hide behind.
