What causes this error?

Postby RedSnappa » Fri Feb 15, 2013 2:32 am

[lcdlc]altoids, a clanmate of mine, managed to get this to happen to him in Bomb Mode on Train.

Is this an error that mappers can cause, or a bug in the game itself?
