I'd like to run a small poll, but you can comment and add your own thoughts to it. Just saying numbers might not be totally helpful.

The questions I have in mind are:

1- How big are usually your maps in Radiant units?
2- What should be the maximum size, in your opinion? (For various gametypes, let's consider TS, CTF and BOMB.)

For now that's it, but you can add other points in case I forgot something. :P

1. My map sizes in Radiant units:
Arctica: 7168x4864x1152
Blockforts: 10000x8660x1408
Cannons: 3840x2496x1952
Cannons 2: 4608x3072x1536
Cerulean-River: 7808x4352x1280
Icecastle: 5760x2816x1680
Igloo: 8192x8192x1612
Lavarena: 6144x6144x1280
Merlin: 3932x4528x928
Spacestation: 5104x6640x5104
Totem: 3584x3584x1536
Worrior: 2752x1984x384

2. Try not to build bigger than 8192x8192x2048. If you do, include some trigger_push entities or slick surfaces to help people get around faster.

To plant a seed what is sadly missing to round out the map rotation in Urban Terror is small arena or death match based maps when we lost Quake 3 as the mothership.
