That one is fine but doesn't contain distances for pre-jumps, wall jumps, other variations. Someone must have calculated all of these at some time.

Most of it is done by leak tests..
Just make a jump, test it, fix it, test it, fix it, .....

yup... thats exactly how its done.. make a jump and test to see if it is possble, if you overjump then make it harder. if you underjump, make it easier, if its just right, make it a bit harder because the others who can really jump probably will overjump where you think its perfect :D

i tried to find more advanced measurements but could not find anything, it is not that surprising considering all the possibilities: for a jump with a prejump you have to consider all the different ways of prejumping (eg, how many steps you take before jumping).
