I don't like the fact that the words are upside down. If you turned the triangle you could read the text. I do like the shells with C M M on them. But why not put something in the logo that's mapping related?

Put those shells onto a real map and make the characters a bit more visible maybe?

It's a hell of a work and a hell of an image.
But don't get me wrong nor ban me, must I gotta say, within this subject, I don't think it fits, I don't like it..

It'd be great for a frag clan and so on..
But It looks aggressive, too aggressive for a mapping community...
I'd like to see something a bit more simple...
Like a piece of a GTK grid in it, etc..

Shells are very passive, I think the triangle and sharp shadows make it look aggressive. Also the shells make a good connection to UrT, I'd keep them.

Keep the shells, change the grunge like background and add in something more map like, like grids/entities or even brushes/buildings with r_showtris on

lol too aggressive? We make maps for a game where you blow people's heads off hahaha.
I'll lose the grungy textures and redesign the triangle, but the shells definitely stay.

It's nice to have a range of designs. That way other people can use the one that fits best in their map and we can show off the array of talent we have here. I think they all look great.
