Welcome to CMM

The CMM forum software was recently upgraded, some things may have changed and some things may be broken or not working. Please let me know by PM or on IRC if you have any problems using this forum.

Also, I've removed the skybox and shader links for now, the shader generator page was being abused and as we're moving towards a ue4 mapping base, they're redundant.

Teamspeak

We should set up a CMM teamspeak channel, unless there is one already and I don't know about it.

My old clan uses teamspeak, its a decent program. But why not Mumble? Mumble is free and open source, and has better voice quality.
<JohnnyEnglish> that was hours ago, I've been out for a run since then, topped up my pond, fed the fish, took daughter to post office to collect book that postman couldn't deliver, watered tomatos, stood and pondered for 20 minutes and smoked a water pipe
<JohnnyEnglish> also painted my toe nails pink to match this new bag I found
<JohnnyEnglish> and made a carpet from some belly button fluff I found in the cat

Creating a CMM teamspeak3 or mumble server has been on my list of things "to do" for a while, I personally prefer mumble, have it installed but there's a lot of people prefer teamspeak so I'm swinging between the 2.

Which one do you all prefer?

Teamspeak is also free...
And I believe it has better quality..

Besides, mumble doesn't like me, makes me lag in urt and I just can't configure it properly

Teamspeak is free as in free beer, not as in freedom (unlike Mumble). Quality is equally good.
Turn off the Mumble overlay if you have FPS drops.

Well the votes went for mumble and so I've set up a CMM mumble server, just testing today.
