i think it is a great idea, especially for a first map. you should not settle for something less because it is your first one, but Maj has a point, you gonna run into a lot of trouble, which is probably the best thing to do
layout related, your layout seems to favor blue a lot... if spawns are closed there is only one entry point to blue flag, and if spawns are open there s a very fast route from red to blue flag through the garden area...
beware the mirrors, it can kill fps, how did you do yours: one big mirror or several one ?

most people here can give you far better tips on layout than I can but I ll see you on ts, anyway.
I do not know which is best, one or several mirrors; I was curious cause your fps seems suspiciously low considering you have a brand new computer, but it not necessarily related to the mirrors.
