To get the best results you'll need to build a .rad file. To get decent results in the .rad file you'll need to add these.

Spoiler: show
New Entities

Cube Map Probe - cameras for specular lighting. Add the following to your urbanterror.def Use lots of these. Also, these are required for Fancy Water when cheap water is used. Without them sometimes the water will be black.

//====================
// Cube Map Probe
//====================

/*QUAKED cubemap_probe (1.0 0.5 0.8)(-8 -8 -8) (8 8 8)
Location of camera for cube map for specular mapping. Place at head height in the centre of an area. There are no keys.
*/

And use -radbump in your light stage compile - this compile will take a long time usually as it makes 4 passes of the light stage.

So..
Building that file can be just making a text file and save it as .rad right?

@xandaxs - no, you can't make a .rad file like that you have to do this..

Use of -radbump

Anyway - I like making videos of my progress, I enjoy looking back at the progression. Here's where I'm at.

Do you use batch files to compile? Because I do not have any option called -rasbump in q2map2

You need to use FS_q3map_Radbump_4a.exe from the urtalpha zip. It's a windows app but works on linux with wine.
