Also, I've removed the skybox and shader links for now, the shader generator page was being abused and as we're moving towards a ue4 mapping base, they're redundant.

This map can now be played on Urban Terror for Terrorists. It's nice, but I have two issues:

- The icy floors are very annoying, don't really see the need for them
- The cable cars are hard to get in to, they should hold for a few seconds at the stops, or get manually operated (like on Eagle)
